Female Booking Agent Wanted for Shark Cage Diving Company in Simons Town

Must be able to work EVERY WEEK END AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY. This is a permanent week end position.

Very confident and outgoing and with strong personality able to deal with difficult clients if need be.

Must have experience in tourism. This is essential.

Dealing with day to day running of office, contacting and managing guests,

lots of admin (email clients and liaise telephonically,

handle bookings ,

invoicing and receipts for guests

Taking payments

Drawing up daily sheets for guests on boat

Emailing and telephoning agents and hotels

General office filing

Book accommodation. Deal with commission

Must be a meticulous admin person.

Must be used to dealing with financial issues. Cash ups, taking of daily payments for guests.

Must be able to work flexible long hours if need be. Must live in surrounding area’s.

Pay is R250 per day and R350 per public holiday.
