Job Description

Leading restaurant group – Beluga and Sevruga restaurants, are seeking confident hostesses to join our team.

Duties include:

– Greeting and welcoming arriving guests as they enter the restaurant.

– Seating of guests.

– Creating good impressions for our restaurant.

– Monitoring open tables in dining sections and reporting to the head hostess on sheet.

– Estimating waiting times for guests to be seated as soon as possible.

– Monitoring guest waiting list.

– Answering the phone for any queries, booking reservations and dealing with take aways.
