Job Description

We are currently looking for new people to join our company as photo booth assistants, their duties will include:

• Traveling to venues for event.

• Setting up and breaking down of the photo booth structure at events.

• Dealing with clients and their guests at parties.

• Making sure that the computer software and hardware are running perfectly, and they would need to fix/deal with any technical problems that arise.

• Occasional maintenance jobs regarding the photo booth and equipment.

Some requirements that we have:

• Must have their own transport to and from our work premises in Honeydew. (If they have a bakkie or a vehicle that they are willing to use for work it would be an advantage and they would also receive extra compensation for the use of their vehicle)

• Valid Drivers License

• Outstanding Work Ethic

• People skills

• Must be willing to work on weekends (as this is when we mostly have events)

• Must be willing to work long hours

• Must be able to commit to at least 6 months of work

• Computer literacy is a definite and is of the utmost importance

Payment:

• Once training has been completed staff would receive a minimum of R 125 p/event, breakdown as follow:

    • R 65 p/event setup

    • R 60 p/hour of rental

    • Please note staff will not be paid for travelling to and from events

    • Should they use their own vehicle additional payment would be worked out accordingly as per AA rates, etc.

• Payment gets done at the end of the month. Staff can average between R 1 500 – R 5 000 p/month depending on how busy we are (we average between 450-580 events p/year)

• During training staff will not be paid as this would be done during the week at our premises.
