Essential Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years development experience (with at least 3 years on mobile platforms is advantageous)
• Experience specific to any of these platforms iOS, Android, Blackberry, Windows Phone or Windows Desktop
• Fluent in C-based languages (C, C++, Objective-C, Java or C#) with strong OOA/OOD software development experience
• Strong understanding and experience with network protocols and sockets (TCP/IP and UDP)
• Integration and usage of third party libraries
• Work well with colleagues at all levels and able to communicate and understand technical concepts clearly
• Mature and creative analysis and problem solving

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Multi-threaded real-time application development
• Experience in agile software development practices (design, development to coding standards, unit testing, code reviewing, git)
• Functional knowledge of security architectures and/or cryptographic algorithms and protocols (Open SSL knowledge advantageous)
• Experience in VoIP, audio, codecs, understanding of good user experience, user interface design, streaming media
• Experience with more than one C-based language
