Job Description

Staff required for busy Internet Cafe – Gateway Theatre of Shopping.

Requirements:

*Be able to liaise with customers
*Be able to type documents/type fast
*Be computer literate
*Be able to handle issues relating to customers
*Be able to deal with stress
*Be able to multi-task
*Be familiar with the Internet and how to surf
*Be able to manage an Internet Cafe
*Be able to make copies/scan/fax/send emails/troubleshoot
simple problems relating to Pc’s and Internet/remove paper Jams, etc

*Be able to work shifts/Be on standby.

*Position would suit an individual close to the Gateway Theatre of Shopping/Campus student seeking Experience in the IT industry/Individual who wishes to learn and gain experience.
